  I had the opportunity to work with Sandy Bogese at J.G. Wentworth to purchase my first home. Sandy and her team made the process as easy as it could be, especially for a first time home buyer! She was very informative and upfront. Sandy laid out exactly how the process worked and how it things would play out. The process occurred exactly as she said it would. She was even able to adjust the closing date to accommodate my busy work schedule. She was always available and willing to answer any questions that I had during the whole process. I can honestly say that she is one of the best in the business and her son, Blake Bogese, is following right in her footsteps. I would highly recommend her to all of my friends and family.

  We had an amazing experience with all of the staff we encountered at J.G. Wentworth Home Lending in Colonial Heights! Mr. Blake Bogese was specifically a key player in our ability to purchase the home we could only hope for! Blake was friendly, funny and very informative throughout the entire process. He continued to keep in touch with us after our purchase was complete, and really personalized our experience. We have referred many friends and family to him, and hope others will be able to experience what a determined and hard working guy he is. Any questions we had in the home buying process were quickly answered by Blake, and his YouTube videos along the way (to explain each step alone the way) were great! We were always excited to receive an email with a video link attached. They really made us smile, and were fun to share with our loved ones. Thank you so much J.G. Wentworth, and thank YOU, Blake!!!
