My experience with James and his staff has been outstanding. He has guided me through some of the worst pitfalls in business I could ever deal with. He has been on top of his game with all the recent updates for taxes, SBA loans, and other grant programs with all the most recent government decisions. The professionalism by both James and all his staff has exceeded all my expectations of a CPA firm. I will also add that I am not the easiest client to deal with because I want everything done a certain way. I have never heard one complaint or grumble from James or his staff to try to change my mind. James Hartman is the first CPA that I've ever dealt with and I will admit I was skeptic about all CPAs. Understanding my concerns Mr. Hartman took the time and explained everything and did not lose his cool when I asked him to explain again or discuss further. Regardless of how busy he is he always follows up which is very important to me. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an accountant.
