  The process of buying a home can be stressful, but Jana made the process easier. She provided clear and concise instructions and was helpful in ensuring I submitted and obtained all the required documents. Jana is very responsive and always was available to answer my questions/concerns.

  I first met Jana Reid in 2016 when I was looking to purchase my first home. Jana took the time to patiently walk me through the process. I had lots of questions, and contacted her often, she always took my calls, answered my questions Satisfactorily, and pointed me in the right direction to get the information needed to complete the process. There was a point where I needed to meet with her in person, and she immediately scheduled an appointment to meet with me right away. Circumstances changed, and I did not purchase a home then, but six years later, when I was looking to purchase again, I would go with no one else. I called Jana, and she immediately go to work to find me exactly what I needed. Again, patiently walking me through the process required, and giving me all the support that I needed throughout the process. I finally found the home that was right for me, and Jana was there to guide me through closing. Jana is still an integral part of my life. She is very knowledgeable in regards to the business. Supportive of her clients, and will guide her Clients in the right direction for "them," not for her, a quality that I quickly trusted, and came to admire. Jana really love what she does, and takes great pleasure in you succeeding, so you can count on her to do everything in her power to meet your needs, and to be honest with you regarding your choices. I would choose no one else to be in my corner if I purchase another home. I would also recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home, you won't regret it. Jana, I take this opportunity to say a big THANK YOU, on behalf of myself, and my son in helping us in the nick of time to put a roof over our heads, I will never forget how hard you worked to make that happen.
