  My fiancé and I were able to use Jared Wash as our loan officer during our home buying process and it went amazing. We were able to close on our first home because of his help! He was incredibly helpful and resourceful. He helped us understand the process, and what steps we needed to be taking next. He helped us on weekends, and outside of working hours. I would absolutely do this process again with him in the future and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

  Jared was on the ball when it came to our home loan. He responded quickly whenever we had a question and he was clear about what he required from us for paperwork and records. He even worked with us on a Saturday to be pre-approved, so that we could make an offer as soon as possible. His assistant was all set up to cover for him when he was gone so everything went smooth during escrow. All in all it was a great experience and I will be sure to recommend him in the future.

  I highly recommend going to Jared as he even made a point of asking us questions and answering all of ours! Jared was so helpful, even when things kept changing he was there to give tips and was able to get us moving forward. He was there to keep us going and that it was possible to achieve our goals.
