  this bank let one of my family members commit identity theft and create a bank account under my name, but with their email and phone number without me being involved at all. I was never made aware of that. I was never told. I never gave permission for that. They let this person steal every paycheck I've gotten for the last 3 years. With no way of me being able to access my own bank account, or look at my own bank account. They never gave me a bank account number. No way to see what money is going into the account or what's being taken out. I just looked at "my" bank account for the first time, ever, how is that legal? My life savings is gone. They let this person steal all of my money without my permission

  Jan, the branch manager is an absolute nightmare to deal with! And while I completely understand that as a teller you need someone to provide his or her ID in order to withdraw funds, especially as I shared branch member. Unfortunately I had my purse stolen over the weekend, thus was unable to provide her with a physical copy of my ID. However as a way to confirm my identity, I was more than happy to provide her with my account number, social security card, birth certificate, and a picture of my stolen ID. Yet, she still refused to assist me, even going as far as to say that she would not speak with my financial institution to confirm my information. This is pathetic! So Jan, as a branch manager, do better!
