      If you’re searching for a mortgage loan, I highly recommend working with Mr. Brown, a mortgage banker, at The Federal Savings Bank. Buying a home can be a stressful process! It becomes even more stressful when you add in unexpected delays or issues in everyday life. He worked with me-for what felt like morning, noon and night! He was available all my questions- and I had a lot! Mr. Brown was very patient with me while I was frustrated or upset. He was not only my Mortgage banker he was also like a therapist LOL. Being a first time home buyer and inexperienced with the home buying process, Mr. Brown was with me every step of the way and made me feel confident and secure during each phase. He made my home ownership possible! Mr. Brown was a pleasure to work with.

      I thank GOD for His Grace and Favor - and my real estate agent and the settlement attorney for the fact that I and my husband were even able to go to settlement. Because if it were left to Jerriett Brown and his team at the Federal Savings Banks, I’m not sure how or when our settlement would have taken place. In the beginning, Jerriett Brown was very responsive to myself, husband and agent. However, once my husband and I called him and his team out for requesting information already given them he/they became less responsive/active. Not to mention, Mr. Brown was very rude and aggressive to my brother who blessed us with a gift re: the gift letter and wanting additional details of my brother’s finances. I was so frustrated and didn’t want to continue with FSB! And told my husband and agent if there were any further issues, I would no longer work with FSB. I wouldn’t recommend Federal Saving Bank at all!
