From the very beginning, I found the company staff was very nice, and my loan officer Kareem Smith provided exceptional customer service and caring to work with. He listened to my reasons and concerns for refinancing my home mortgage loan and were very helpful sharing alot of important values and benefits for refinancing and how to invest funds for the future. My wife and I started working with Financial Freedom approximately 5 and 1/2 weeks a go and completed our settlement documents this past Tuesday the 22nd. Our loan processor was Kelisha Davis and she assisted us throughout the entire process. She was very professional and kept us informed weekly as to the loan process. It was a pleasure working with her and I would recommend her and Financial freedom to anyone looking to refinance their home.

Never applied for a loan, continue to get calls after asking multiple times to be removed from the call list. When I ask to be removed Melissa gets confrontational and will not stop. I haven't done any business with them but never will just based on how they go about sales.
