      Never trust this CPA. They don't know what they are doing. Recommended and assured me to a wrong filing category maximizing the tax return illegaly. It sounds they are doing the same thing to many of their other customers. I'm kinda certain that they will be caught and accused by IRS someday. If you don't want to jeopardize your legal status in US, stay away from them.
