Absolute worst experience with a lender! They took 4 months to tell me that they were not going to continue with my loan even though i qualified. They said i needed to lower my DTI so i said i will throw as much cash as need in to close and they still said no after another month. Don't waste months of your life dealing with the worst lender around!
