  We needed to sell an Emeryville condo under some pretty challenging conditions (including being remote). Nikki and the Cal Agents team stepped up in a comprehensive, timely, and professional way to help us. With all of their in-house capabilities (repairs, staging, marketing, local building and lending knowledge, etc), they made the process seamless. Could not have done it without them and would recommend them strongly to anyone in the area.

  Last Fall, I was in search of a new and modern home within my price range. Nikki helped me with the search and quickly found a house in Alameda. Even though we are not first time homebuyers, it was helpful to have somebody I could trust by my side. She was able to provide pandemic market insights and helped us draft an offer that beat out the rest. Nikki was thorough in explaining each step of the process and walked us through all of the documents that we were required to sign. There were so many pages and it was just helpful to have a trusted individual explain real estate jargon. Nikki was also extremely responsive and diligent even throughout her pregnancy! If that is not dedication, I don't know what is! Thank you, the Cal agents! 😊

  We did everything we could to submit fast. We were not informed of the ‘large number of applicants’ as mentioned in your response to the review below. It’s nice to see you’re responsive somewhere. We lost another lease because we wanted to hear back from you but your lack of communication was unprofessional. We are not upset because of your attempt to be ‘fair’ but bc we expressed how badly we wanted to move, that we put something on hold for you, we rapidly reached out to our HR to satisfy your application - all the while you failed to let us know there was already a long line - you were just collecting applications for the sake of it even though you could at least be communicative about time lines and expectations. We would have worked with you to move in sooner if you’d communicated the owners’ preference. Don’t quote a law… bc that’s not what we’re complaining about. It’s that you cost us something with your lack of transparency from the start and lack of any update until it time to notify us we’d wasted our time waiting. We emailed you repeatedly to ask but you didn’t want to tell us you were already finishing up the process of leasing to someone else.
