      I would recommend Jim to anyone. He went above and beyond for both myself and my partner. As expected for first time home owners, we were overwhelmed by the amount of information and our “ to do “ list. Jim took the time to speak with us and explained everything step by step. He is very thorough and also explains things in a way that is easy to understand. There were times we called Jim during off work hours and he responded quickly, professionally, and was happy to help.There was never a time we had difficulty getting in contact with him or getting things explained and clarified for us. He guided us every step of the way and we are forever grateful for that!
