      Recently discussed the possibility of a new insurance policy with Bert, and the experience was very pleasant. He was patient, informative, and considerate. Whenever I had a question, he did his best to answer fully and honestly, so that there was no confusion over what was or was not included in parts of the policy. Although we had a rather lengthy discussion, I did not at any point feel rushed or overly pressured into making decisions before I had a chance to go over the numbers on my own--and I'm grateful for that. Definitely recommend for customer service and care, but the policies are great, too!
