      Yes, they can get the basic work done for you. Most, if not all, CPA's can also. The problem with Jones & Roth is they are totally unorganized internally. If you ask an important question during your meetings with them (like I did), don't expect to ever hear back from them. If they make internal changes of the staff handling your work, you won't hear a thing about it. Etc. etc. the list of bad communication experiences I had with them goes on and on. Finally decided to take my business elsewhere, and so far, the new CPA firm is far outperforming Jones & Roth. Edit: Saw the response from owner claiming that have no record of doing business with me. That's because I have more than one email address, dumdums. In my opinion, this sort of "this must be a fraudulent review" response says it all about Jones & Roth. Trust me. I did business with them for a couple years, and they were not good at all. Downgraded from my original 2 star review to 1 star.
