      Robyn and the team at Summit Funding have been great. We've worked on them on a couple projects. One they stepped in late and helped us close a deal on time. The other deal ran into a problem with an appraiser and they helped us transfer to a portfolio lender, no complaints. Highly recommend.

      Robyn and her team helped us purchase our first home and we had an amazing experience. We were first time home buyers and they made the process as smooth as possible. We are now onto our second place, and even though Summit does not provide construction loans they have dedicated so much time and help to set us for success with permanent financing, following construction. They are always available for questions and my loan officer checks in often to make sure I’m always up to date on the current market. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

      I used Robyn's team for my first home purchase and a re-fi. The team was fantastic. Especially Lisa Haas. She walked me through every detail and talked me thru every step. Robyn took the time to call me and answer a question I was confused about that I had relayed to my broker. I had never spoken with her before and my business meant enough to "the boss" to call me directly and clear up a misunderstanding. Talk about above and beyond customer service. Do yourself a favor and use these guys. They get it done!
