  Honestly I don’t know from where to begin. In one word i can say incredibly amazed by Juan salas and Geneva service. Great service, efficient communication and a really easy way to get a mortgage with lots of help and support to get the right deal . All responses were prompt and professional. Clearly, the upfront statement on Different options. All questions were answered and explained very well . The attention to detail provided by Juan salas was very impressive and his customer service skills are above excellent. He is an example of any company that is going towards success . I Rate this company 1000 out of 100 they are above any customer expectations. Loved it and will definitely tell family and friends to pick Geneva financial .

  Was trying to move from California to Texas, Juan was helping us. Had me complete the application, pulled my credit and proceeded to ghost us. No explanation, we called, left VM’s, emailed and texted and never heard back. We had the credit and the cash to make our move happen, so we couldn’t understand why he randomly started ignoring us.
