      There are no words that I can use to thank Julio and his team for helping me throughout the process of financing our house. This usually is a bureaucratic and complex process; however, this team working together did a fantastic job. The story ended amazingly, and my family is now living in a dream house. I highly recommend this company if you are looking to buy a home.

      Carolina Gallego and her boss Julio Silva are UNETHICAL and UNPROFESSIONAL Carolina over promises on her capabilities, never answers her phone, returns calls or texts, and takes on so much work load that SHE CANT MANAGE and causes delays in your loans. I applied for a loan with this company and she took 10 DAYS to submit information to the credit bureaus. She then told me I was approved, and when I contacted her boss Julio to complain Carolina went to another realtor and told them “she didn’t want to deal with me any more”. She shared CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Then when I confronted her boss about BECAUSE SHE NEVER ANSWERS HER PHONE, she proceeds to tell me that my loan isn’t approved in retaliation. I then receive threatening emails from her. I applied for a loan with another lender and was pre approved!!! RUN FAR AWAY from these people.
