  Kahren and her team were amazing in helping this clueless first time buyer through the process of getting a mortgage. Their communication and follow up was excellent from day one. I never had to wonder where I was at in the process and they were always open to questions if I had any. If they needed anything from me their request also came with detailed instructions so I knew exactly what was needed. As far as the loan itself, apparently they were able to close on my VA loan much faster than is normal, which was great as I was eager to get in to my new place. In my experience it's just that simple and easy but that is a testament to how amazing Kahren and her team are. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a loan, great rates, great service. Also Kahren seems to genuinely care about and want to help the people she is working with.

  Kahren and her team are amazing!! They were always available, gave very clear instructions, and overall made the entire home buying process very easy for us :) On top of that, Kahren was super supportive of us and was always calling to check in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Highly recommend her for all your mortgage related needs!!

  We loved working with Kahren and her team. She helped us close early on our dream home with a contingency to sell our old house to fund the down payment. The process of buying a home can be a little confusing for normal people such as myself but Kahren is super cool and always willing to break down any detail we needed help with. 100% recommend.
