      Kaicie did a great job helping me buy a house in Santa Cruz.  She was able to help negotiate a good deal in a sellers market and work out a compromise when we needed more time to close.  She also has a great network of loan agents and contractors that helped make the process easy.  Lastly, she is an experienced property manager so she has additional insights on rent potential and renovation costs.  I would recommend Kaicie to anyone looking to make a real estate transaction in Santa Cruz or the Bay Area!

      Kaicie made buying a house a breeze. She's super responsive, and helpful at explaining the details of the process so you don't feel overwhelmed or uninformed. I ask a lot of questions and Kacie answered them in a professional, perfunctory yet easy mannered way. She helped too with negotiating details to our offer that helped save us some money and time. And we love our new home!

      Being a tenant under Bei-Scott Properties gave us a simple and supportive lease agreement that catered to all the needs that we had and help through all the problems that we had. Whenever there was a problem with the house, Bei-Scott was able to quickly send someone over or advise us on how to fix it. They helped extend our lease to study for finals so that we have time to not worry about move-out before school ended. Overall a great experience, non-intrusive but there for you when you need it!
