I love banking here. The only few things I wish they would improve on is...... 1. A 24 call number for fraudulent issues or any card issues. This would make it super convenient for those who have the issues on the weekends and then can resolve it right then and there. 2. Mobile banking upgrade. Yes I know they have the mobile app, but does it offer online adding of your check like Huntington? No. 3. Could we have more branches in the near future? 4. Have card image choices. I just don’t want to make the decision to leave a very well managed bank because they don’t want to upgrade services. I love coming here!

As a resident of Schoolcraft, I appreciate that they have kept their small town values. If there has ever been a problem with my account and I called them they have handled the problem quickly and efficiently. Additionally, when they noticed fraudulent use of my debit card they contacted me. I am happy with their service.

NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL IN VICKSBURG LOCATION, LADY IN DRIVE THRU NEVER SAYS HELLO OR HAVE A NICE DAY OR ANYTHING. DOESN'T EVEN ASK ANYTHING! ALSO THE HOURS OF OPERATION BEING ONLY OPEN TILL 4PM REALLY IS INCONVENIENT SINCE I WORK TIL 5PM. IF I DIDN'T HAVE MY CAR LOAN THROUGH THIS BANK I WOULD NOT BANK HERE AT ALL. CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS TO IMPROVE.
