      I recently had the pleasure of working with Karen on our new home loan. I knew she was good right from the beginning, and she had everything in order ahead of the deadline; however, when we were trying to get the home we were selling in Ohio closed, that's when I knew she was amazing. Karen went above and beyond to help us work through the issues that our buyer's lender was throwing at us, and that is something that she really didn't have to do. The lender basically stopped communications with both Ohio real estate agents, but they would continue to communicate with Karen. I am fairly certain that if it weren't for Karen, our home in Ohio wouldn't be closed right now, and we wouldn't be in our new home today. The financial hardship on our family would have been immense. Karen has been an absolute dream to work with, and I would not hesitate to recommend her and Gateway Bank Mortgage to anyone. We are so grateful that we were able to work with her during this stressful time, because she is top-notch and made all the difference.
