  One of my friends introduced me to Katy after they had their home refinanced. I have refinanced my home 3 times (including, with big banks) and none had a quick closing time like with Katy. She was very responsive from day 1 and once she had the underwriting done, she gave me enough time to lock in my interest rate and never rushed me through the process. From the start to finish it was a little over 17 days and that includes me waiting for 6-7 days for a better pricing. Even though there isn't any monetary benefit, I've made it a point to refer Katy and her team to any of my friends seeking a refi. Update: almost 6 months after refi, Katy has always communicated pricing changes and has been available for answering all my questions especially in a volatile time as 2020 with the interest rates at all time low. It was really nice for her to go beyond and send us a holiday greeting. Going the extra mile is her forte. When we make our next home purchase, Katy will be our go to person.
