  I cannot express enough what a TERRIBLE company this is in EVERY WAY. This lender was disorganized, caused repeated delays in closing of my client's real estate transaction, REFUSED TO COMMUNICATE with myself, the agent as well as my client (who was obtaining the mortgage), repeatedly told me and my client not to contact her during this mortgage process, refused to provide direct contact information to the loan processer for expedited communication to facilitate closing process. Loan processer (Lyn) was unable to figure out how to upload documents for title company timely. She was very rude to HOA association manager, title company and everyone involved in this transaction. When concerns/complain was escalated to company president (Tracy) she also did not facilitate any improvement for the client and condoned the HORRIBLE conduct of her employee, Lyn. I would never advise any client to use this company.

  Buyers forfeited $29,000 deposit after 5 months of escrow. "The underwriter was fired... was on vacation... is backlogged.... we changed lenders...." "My dog ate the loan docs" was the only excuse they didn't use during 5 months of hell. On and on it went, for 5 months, 2 of those waiting for an appraisal. We finally threw them out, kept buyer's deposit and resold the house, closing in 30 days. I would feel sorry for the buyers, but we tried get them to dump this broker when they bungled the appraisal.and they wouldn't. $29,000 mistake there.
