  Had a loan broker working on our loan for several weeks when it became clear that they would likely not close escrow in time. Called Ken on a Tuesday and closed escrow the following Wednesday! Would have closed sooner, but apparently there are some regulations requiring some time to pass between the Clear to Close and the actual Close of Escrow! He and his team pulled out all of the stops to make sure that we would not lose the home or the loan! Even better, the loan we received had a lower monthly payment and lower cash to close amount than the original broker we were using. Cannot say enough about Ken and his team!
