  My wife and I worked with Angela Decint from Keri Shull Team. A++ service delivered to us throughout our entire home-buying experience. She came recommended by a friend and I am excited to recommend my friends to Angela in the future. Here's why: First, Angela helped us find and win our dream home in Sterling, Virginia - a process that took around a month in one of the most competitive markets for single-family homes. We could not be more pleased with Angela's help, coaching and guidance. She spent several hours on the phone initially to diligently explain the home-buying experience as neither my wife nor I had ever looked to buy property before. We were beginners, entering the scary world of home-buying, but Angela was patient, answering our dozens of questions and responding to emails as soon as she could, even if it meant working late nights or into the weekend. Second, Angela would always meet us on site, to walk us through properties often uncovering the hidden gems or sores about properties that our untrained eyes would have missed. Third, she was also extremely tactical in helping us structure offers that would be competitive. She guided us on writing thoughtful love letters and explained how contingencies worked. Fourth, Angela was thorough, amicable and approachable in her communication with each seller's agent, which often afforded us real-time intel about where our offer stood compared to other offers that were under consideration. Without the trust Angela created with the seller's agent, our offer would have never stood a chance in this competitive market. Finally, Angela helped us find a trustworthy lender who was just as responsive, patient and diligent in working with us.   Nick Gashel and Elisa Stephano were amazing! I was living out of state at the time and trying to buy a home in Washington, DC within a few months. I needed things to move quickly so I would try to get as much done when I traveled to DC. I interviewed a few realtors in the area, but once I sat down and started talking to Nick and Elisa, I knew right away that they were my realtors. I did my homework and had a notebook dedicated to my home buying process. They listened to me and answered my laundry list of questions. They were patient and talked me through each step of the homebuying process. It was clear that they were very knowledgeable and familiar with the DMV area. I had a very specific schedule so I really appreciated their flexibility. What I valued most was their effective communication with me. They were open to communicating based on my preference and their turn around time was awesome. Nick took me to see several properties and quickly added any additional ones I found during my drive around the city. They were so helpful with me navigating the inspection process, working with the lender, and the title company. Even after closing they would check on me and invite me to some Kerri Schull events. It’s clear that these two love their jobs and enjoy working with people. Nick’s personality matched mine in the sense that we can be joking around while still getting things done.
