      I have done my banking at this branch for over a decade, with countless visits, multiple accounts, including business. The staff has always been pleasant and competent, helpful, and able to deal with complex situations with skill and sensitivity.       This is the second time this has happened- I go there and they are closed!!!! On a Tuesday afternoon at 2:45 pm!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous! This was not posted on the site because I checked before going. Supposedly they were closed so they could participate in a community outreach program- well what about the community of their customers they are leaving out? There were 3 other customers there trying to get in the same time I was there and no telling how many others throughout their time being closed. Not to mention, KeyBank has closed their location in the hamlet of Wallkill and town of Modena so now I have to go further and further to get to the bank. I think it's time I switch banks.

      Hello Adam, every year, KeyBank employees help take part in “Neighbors Make the Difference Day,” which is when our teammates take one day to work on community projects to make our local neighborhoods a better place.
