      The banks promotions are rather vague small print likely to result on you not getting the promotion cash on a technicality. Service,and relationship continuity rather poor. Mgrs move around surprisingly often. Very poor customer service and responsiveness.

      my husband and i had an unbelievably poor experience with this bank. they messed up paperwork multiple times and were rude.
