  It's pretty sad when this is your bank and you can't even rely on simple services they say come with your account such as a notary. You have 4 personal accounts with these people, 7 figures in the bank, 5 accounts including your business and you can't even get them to notarize a document. I am literally SICK of this bank.

  I don't go to this branch location often, I usually go on 26th Street because that's my home location branch, and I go to State more often as well because there closer. However, I've been to this branch a a couple of times, the employees were pretty decent and nice, one of the ladies I've encountered was extremely rude and not knowledgeable and made me feel unwelcome so I just did what I had to do which was deposit money into my account and leave. State and 26th are 10X better with nicer, professional, and remarkable employees at those 2 locations. I will not go to this branch unless I have to and 9/10 that would be to use the ATM & ATM only! I will say this location does have some pretty nice and professional people, but not a lot. As I will say again State & 26th is better and I recommend them two locations but not this one unless you are using the ATM.
