      Beware of this place! I belonged to this bank for close to 2 decades... And when I went in for the2nd time because Facebook had hacked my account.. I asked to close my account and re-open a different one. The only person was a female manager, capable of doing this for me? She asked me to come back on Friday ( it was now Tuesday at noon) and she would help me then... As she was leaving work early to do something with family. So, to be clear, you want me to wait 3 more days, worrying and wondering if my account was compromised? Seriously???? I NEVER WENT BACK. I understand family commitments, but there should be someone else available to open/close accounts. So I just got a letter from a collection agency for key bank.... They want $496.44! My account was NOT OVERDRAWN, OR PENDING ANYTHING THE DAY I WENT IN TO ASK FOR HELP. THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS... NOT ME. Ive contacted the better business bureau, and filed a complaint. I should have listened to friends who warned me years ago about this place. Greedy, money hungry fools!!!
