  I love banking with key Bank always friendly and always fast, but the key bank on main St., Lockport Ny which is very close to me is such a pain in the neck for parking. They have alot of parking in front but always packed and when I go inside only 2 customers are inside. Now with the parking lot packed where are the customers??? I'm thinking the corner coffee shop lol I'm not one to complain but I would like for key Bank to notice this.

  I came from the DMV and needed a bank statement in order to save me a trip back home. With only 3 minutes until they were suppose to close the staff was very friendly and understanding. I appreciate them saving me a drive home and also being so friendly just minutes before they were suppose to close. Thank you key bank staff.
