I recently had an appointment @ this branch with Christopher ( Relationship Manager)To open a business account.During obviously a challenging time due to COVID-19.This experience was refreshing.He was knowledgeable, helpful, patient & kind.A process that took about an hour. Why the fuxk do banks all close at 4pm? Do you think people don't have jobs ? What's the point ?

Disgusted at the way the tellers handle someone coming in there to cash a check. I did some roof work for someone saved them a whole hell of a lot of money and was paid in a check. Go in to cash it and I’m being labeled as someone I’m not glad I mostly deal with northwest bank.
