I had been with Key for sixteen years and had in the past refereed Key bank to my many customers to obtain a equity loan or a personal loan for their construction projects. This all changed when I needed to update my personal equity loan at the Barnett branch in Medford Oregon. Not only did the person (Crystal Alvarez) drop the ball so many times in doing the loan, but the bank manager (Matthew Robinson) also helped in making this simple loan application a complete nightmare. Seems like this team is working for another bank in destroying the Key Bank environment. I have closed all accounts and will NOT be back.
