  New customer and they are holding my check deposit for really no reason other than to keep me from paying my bills and buying food for myself for a whole extra week just to build interest by holding my money hostage already going to be switching banks I need my money now not a good first start for a new customer oh I'll get my funds on a Saturday? No I won't that's not a bank day so really I'm waiting until Monday I made my deposit on the 23!! This is gross how you treat people thanks for making it so I can't eat because you want to keep my money to line your pockets on interest disgusting

  Their atm jammed so I had filed a dispute to get my money back with one of the representatives inside. I was told i would get a call back later that day and i never received a call from the branch. I waited a few days for further information about my dispute and still nothing. I called customer service to find out what was going on and was told my dispute was never even submitted. Now I have to wait even longer to get my money back. Very disappointed
