  Tellers are very customer unfriendly. Key Bank in general is a very good bank for customer service…I have been a customer there for over 2 decades. The Voorheesville Key Bank is the worse branch I’ve ever been to…not just a one time issue..several times for both myself and my wife in separate incidents. There tellers are obstinate and rude…manager totally unresponsive. Try the Guilderland Branch at 155 & 20 for an excellent experience. I

  I drove through the drive-thru ATM only to have my bank card stuck in the ATM. I called the bank immediately with no return call (it was 10 minutes after closing). I called the bank again in the morning and was told the card was shredded because it was not a Key Bank card (no fault of mine, their machine kept the card because their ATM was disabled to disburse money). When I finally spoke to a representative, he was very cavalier about my card being destroyed. Beware, if the ATM's disbursement of funds is disabled you will lose your card, if it is not a Key Bank debit card. Very frustrating. I had to order a new card expedited service for a fee. Actually Key Bank IS my bank but thanks for responding.
