  "Hassle Free Checking"- " No over draft fees" No fees when over draft- what they don't tell you is that if you do overdraft, they hold your checks- so you still get punished regardless- my daughter accidentally over drafted 7.35$ back in sept- today is January 20- I deposited my 706.00$ check on Saturday the 15th- and will NOT get the funds til the 25th- asked for partial monies- nope that's your punishment for over drafting 7.35$. I have bills coming out- " well lucky for you there's no over draft fee" No they'll just take the next check and hold again for weeks at a time! Never have had a problem til now! And rude- talked about my account Infront of another customer- talk about privacy?! Professionalism?! My mind is so blown how I was treated! Apparently our business relationship isn't as important to them!
