      Worst experience at a bank recently purchased a property in slatington and think that these locations /bank would been a good choice because it's close by but it the worst those two lady in their are lazy and don't want to work I went some time ago to cash a check from the government and she told me she can only give me half .when. I said can you ask your manager she did and they give me my cash but was very rude .now today went to cash a two small check the other lazy lady told me she cannot .I have less in my account when they total both check .I told her every week I cash my check at the other location with is 25 mins and never have issues .this location is 4 mins from my home and it's best for me but with those two racese /lazy lady there is not useful to KeyBank .the attitude was worse she told me take your check and go .very bad and sad human please don't apologize just send me a document so I can show them I can cash my check thank you .
