      Attempted to get a car loan and the lender was clueless. Said it would not be a problem getting it financed knowing the year of the car up front. Did hard inquiries on my credit to be turned down for the loan because the car was older than they are allowed to finance. Should have been told that up front before they ran my credit and when I told them the year of the car. Incompetent lending practices.

      In these modern times, it is hard to find bank employees that have an honest care and concern for their customers. At Key Bank, we found the impossible. The bank is managed by John Giovanni, who is a very affable, caring and professional. He has become a friend of our family over time. I would recommend the branch to family and friends.
