      keep holding my checks claiming its from a 2 cent overdraft i fixed the same day but its because "i overdrafted it 6 times" and asking very private questions like where i work in order to deposit said check very poor service, invasive questions and harmful "policies"

      I went in to deposit my check and Melody was working. She was very rude and snarky: 100% the "Karen" stereotype. She was asking me inappropriate questions regarding my banking status and my age. Will not come back to this bank. I'd rather go to the one in Spanaway or Graham.
