      Have been going here for about a year. Tellers are awesome. I actually look forward to going to this bank. I also bank with Bank of America which is also on Pacific but farther down and they, Bank of America could really learn a lot on how to run a bank from this KeyBank branch

      So I tried to open up a new account here. As the staff was rude saying they couldn't do. Went to Vancouver WA and they let me open one like it was nothing. All too find out it's all based on what the computer says not what a staff member says without looking at computer.

      I have been a customer since this was puget sound bank. It's always been fine. Recently this branch of key bank has became terrible as far as customer service/relations go. When they mess up,they call it an error, and there is absolutely no follow up to correct an error unless the customer is constantly checking and asking.
