  I go here at least once a week. I've never had a problem. Jeff always goes out of his way to help me and my friends whenever needed. Their mobile app works very well for me and I'm able to transfer my money in just a few minutes. I recommend KeyBank to anyone looking for anyone looking for a great bank!

  I open my checking earlier in Southwick branch and they closed the branch last couple of years so I started to bank with Westfield Branch. One day I was told there was a $25 promotion giving away if I open up a savings account. However the account was opened 6 month already and recently I realized there is not $25 credited added to my account. I called back the branch yesterday was told someone will reach out to me today so no one called. I called again was told they are waiting to hear back from the Backoffice.
