      The man that fixes the atm machines there is highly unprofessional and continued to harass me when I asked him to leave me alone. I will never come to this bank again!

      The gentleman who answers the phone is lovely and helpful but I needed to talk to a manager. Who would not get on the phone! Called customer service number and again the line staff was excellent. Still unable to assist in a timely manner. Perhaps the management team at this huge company should be held to the same standards that they teach their line staff. I have been attempting to get verification documents for THREE MONTHS and today they told me another 7 days. Really. Glad this is not my personal bank. By the way the tag line on the customer service line says "Americas most convenient bank"!
