  I had to write a check from an account that had direct deposit, and the lady screamed at me, while I was pregnant, that I should be “ashamed” of myself for writing a “bad” check. It was a terrible experience and I would suggest NEVER going back. I was in the middle of winning an insurance case against MetroMile and I received $194,000, in which KeyBank did not get my business after this. So I didn’t go back and I let them close the account.

  **PLEASE BE ADVISED** Their ATM machine has been having multiple issues. Few weeks ago going to make a deposit an older gentleman's debt card was eaten and would not give it back to him, it spit it out to me during my transaction. He had to go inside to get it, however the machine gave it to me. I I went inside the branch and gave it back to the gentleman, anybody could have taken his card and left with it. Yesterday during my cash transaction I was depositing money as cash through the ATM and the machine ending up having an issue, spit my cash back at me except $400 end up eating my debit card. I went inside the branch to retrieve my debit card they were able to get that however could not and refused To retrieve my $400 it ate and told me to call customer service. They have known about the ATM having issues and have yet to fix the problem. Please be very careful using this atm!
