  Literally pulled in to the ATM terminal (that read “OPEN” in green lights) at 11:58am after rushing through town to make it Bedore 12pm on a Saturday, only to have the teller shut the system off in my face pressing the call button and waiting for at least a minute…….. Wonderful customer service. 👏

  I had a horrible experience with customer service at this branch. They make phone appointments but then never call. When I called back two times to ask what happened, no one answered and then the third time someone answered and said I would get a call back from the girl in a bit. No one ever called me back or ever apologized for having me wait around for a phone call I never received. I decided to go to another branch in town with way better customer service and who actually WANTED to help me with a very simple task. Never will do service at this branch again.
