  My experience with Fran and KeyBank was great. Things I didn’t know were even available to me were uncovered by Fran. She was not lazy and just trying to get another account for her bank, she meticulously went through all of my options and genuinely helped me pick what best fit my needs. I cannot say enough about the Bank, especially because of my experience with Fran.

  Rude will scam you. One employee literally laughed at me while lecturing me on my finances when I tried to get a loan for a car a few years ago & attempted to hit me with a very high interest rate compared to the one I eventually got from another bank without the attitude. Terrible addition to the local community. BUT the KeyBank app is awesome so just avoid anyone at this branch and your fine.

  This bank had are car loan we payed it off years ago, recently we moved and had to title are vehicle but we could not find it. So when we went to get new one they told us we need a letter from bank stating that the car was paid for. Okay call bank tell us no problem they see it was paid they will send letter to us in 9 business days. So over a month and 3 times called back to bank and still nothing. Would be nice for them to follow through when they tell they are going to do so. Is it because the loan is paid and I'm no longer a customer they dont care. Gonna go to a branch about 45 miles away and I'm hoping they will do something. This is costing me money because I have to insure my cars in 2 states until I can get this letter to change over title.
