  I would probably give this bank zero stars if I were able. We have been dealing with Keybank for over a year now and every time we go to make a transaction or anything, we are told false and conflicting information. For example: an estate account was closed, without our knowledge, because of some ridiculous excuse that didn't check out and they reopened immediately citing in front of us that they had made an error. They also continually charged a service fee for MONTHS to my mother's account after they were notified she was deceased and that we would be closing that account as soon as we had access, we were told the fees would stop and it was noted within the account...it wasn't. When we set up the estate account they assured us that we would be able to easily access, make wire transfers, etc knowing both me and my sister lived out of state. FINALLY we have access to this account and we are NOW told that wire transfers can only be done IN PERSON even though 1.5 years ago they assured us otherwise. There is no accountability and while this will be a huge issue for us, the woman on the phone couldn't be less helpful. I will surely never ever bank with Key and I warn anybody else not to as well. ** Update: The manager went out of her way to drop off a check to another local bank to deposit our funds directly.
