  The staff and level of service at this bank have exceeded my expectations. They are very friendly and I think they are doing a wonderful job. I am so happy to bank here. I am also posting this review as a reminder to others to please share your positive experiences from anywhere! People are quick to complain when there is an issue, but not so quick to give praise when it is earned. 😊

  I went in to withdraw funds from my account. A fraud block was placed on my account and I was told I needed to go into a branch in order to remove the block and retrieve my funds. When I went in and explained the situation I was told it’s gonna be a while because it takes a while for someone to answer. I said that’s fine I’ll wait. 15 minutes later I was told they were still on hold and so they couldn’t help me. Just turned away, without any inclination on what to do. I spent 10 minutes in my car working with a customer service rep, who assisted me in sending an email to the bank so I could retrieve and close my accounts. She’s the ONLY one who helped me. This is the absolute worst service I have ever received ANYWHERE. I recommend everyone bank elsewhere as Key truly does not care about their clients.
