  My wife and I have been banking with Trustco specifically the East Glenville Branch since 1984. Managers and tellers have always been polite and accommodating. We would not bank anywhere else.

  Literally the worst bank I’ve ever had an account with. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Unless you don’t care about transactions being up to date and overdraft fees, this bank is not it

  Called with what should have been a very simple request, but was told my request could not be fulfilled via the branch level so to contact a phone number for a different department. I called that phone number who said I called the wrong number so gave me the right number for the department the person at the branch told me to call. I called THAT number and they told me my request can only be fulfilled via a branch. I was put into a loop for what is typically a simple request at any other bank until finally being directed to another branch with more competent staff that was able to easily fulfill my request.
