Worst bank ever ,very irresponsible opened a new account ,to find out my money was blocked ,never got a phone call to informe me about it went to withdraw that’s when I find out I can’t access my money and that they couldn’t do anything about it even tho I opened my account in person and took everything I needed for it , came to learn the person that opened my account did not summit the copy of my ID so they blocked me from my money so unacceptable I’m still waiting to resolve the issue and still can’t access my money so I’m basically broke with money in a account I can’t access save a big headache going here totally incompetent ppl don’t care if u have an emergency and need to access ur account they will just take ur money and hold it for what ever reason the teller did en error will be closing my account as soon as I get access to it take you money else we’re not worth the headache ! Por management....

Only giving that ONE star cause this is the closest bank to me. So now you have to make an appointment instead of just walking in. Covid perhaps? But other banks arent doing that so what makes Keybank different? Hmm.
