I have been with Key for many years and this branch has been the very best I have ever delt with. I can't speak to other comments, just my experience, but my experience has been wonderful. The staff is attentive, kind and professional. Wait times will vary, but that's expected at any branch- they don't overstaff, but the service when they do get to me is 1st class. I would not do business anywhere else.

This bank really is not good. I had direct deposit every Thursday and it took til Tuesday to clear. Problem with atm twice that took days for them to replace money. Started a new job and deposited a check , they put on fraud hold for 10 days. Go to M&T! DO Not GO TO KEYBANK!

As far as paper checks are concerned: Any paper check may be subject to a hold until we received the funds from the other bank. 20 minutes in the drive thru, always short staffed. Never had issues when I banked with first Niagara or Herkimer county trust. Will definitely be changing banks because of this locations service
