      I had the privilege of working with Nancy on doing a reverse mortgage. I never meet her in person but didn't need to. From the moment we first spoke on the phone I felt like we had know each other for years and she put me at rest in making the decision to do this transaction. She walked me thru each step and was there to answer any question. When a problem came up she fixed it right away. She will fight for you and tell you if there is a problem and not sugar coat it. I have bought several homes and refinanced several times in my life time and I will never go to any one else but Nancy Watt. She is an awesome person. Thank you Nancy for your professionalism
