I've had kinetic credit union for almost 8 months now and the staff are the best. They treat me like I've been there for years. I went in today to see about an annual fee planet fitness withdrew from my account when the funds weren't available. So automatically there was an overdraft fee. After hearing what happened the guy at the front desk refunded my overdraft fee without nothing more than an explanation. I honestly wasn't looking for or even expecting anything back but he took care of me. I wish I got his name but this one's to u bro and to the rest of the awesome staff. Best banking I've ever had.

Absolutely THE WORST bank you can bank with. Fraud can only be prevented to a certain extent. When it does happen this bank will take the longest to refund the amount lost to the Fraud case. When over-drafting your account this bank will add an extra $35 charge for EVERY charge that was overdraft. So now you officially owe more than what was initially stolen from you. But I'm assuming this is the way this bank works.

Since changing your drive up services to PTM’s I hate banking here. Seriously thinking about changing banks. Half the time the machine won’t accept money. What’s the point in banking here if you can’t put money in the bank
